Giro ad anello che si svolge lungo il sentiero naturalistico della Pista Altomontana, a circa 1700 metri di quota, tra fitti boschi di conifere e antiche colate laviche.

Avremo modo di osservare il tipico paesaggio etneo in cui la vegetazione riprende piede gradualmente.

Sarà anche possibile osservare dei caratteristici rifugi in pietra lavica.

Il sentiero offre diversi spunti suggestivi ed è anche possibile scorgere l’area sommitale lungo il cammino.

Prima di raggiungere l’inizio del nostro percorso, visiteremo una grotta di scorrimento lavico con caschi e torce.

Round trip that takes place along the naturalistic path of the Pista Altomontana, at about 1700 meters above sea level, through coniferous forests and ancient lava flows.

We will have the opportunity to observe the typical Etnea landscape in which the vegetation gradually takes hold.

It will also be possible to observe the characteristic lava stone shelters.

The path offers several suggestive ideas and it is also possible to see the summit area along the way.

Before reaching the beginning of our route, we will visit a lava flow cave with helmets and torches.
